A SHORT ADVENTURE HA NOI - LAO CAI (4DAYS)

DAY 1: HA NOI - LAO CAI (L,D)
        8:00 The tourguide and drive of myvillagetravel pick up you from Ha Noi or Airport going to Lao Cai. You stop one time in short break about 20 ninutes for rest room and try some local tropical foods of Yen Bai Province.
        12:00 your group arrival at Lao Cai city. You can check in hotel then having lunch in local Restaurant.
        13:00 your group continue going to Bat Xat visit Tay, Nung, Sapho and Dao ethnic minorities, they came from China and Combodia about 500 years ago. Do you know in there have some Tribes still keep different culture of their Tribal, so please listen about information from your tourguide before come inside Village. In here you can understand their simple life and very peaceful. Many nice place and rice field for you hunting Pictures when you trekking 1-2 hours around village. 
        In late afternoon, your group get the Car and go back Lao Cai city chech in and dinner. Do you know, your Hotel next to Red river so you can walking after dinner and try some froots of a frontier province in Reverside Parking and Market centre near there. Over night in Lao Cai city.
DAY 2: LAO CAI - LOCAL MARKET- MUONG KHUONG (B,L,D)
       8:00 After breakfast your group start going to frontier, check in border Markers 102, looking for Ha Khau city of China and  legend Red river cuting with 2 countries before go to Local Market - Kermess( not on Monday), just open one day in a week. 
      12:00 your group having lunch in local Restaurant. then you keep going to a different Rever and experience by small Boat ( Tuesday,Sartuday,Sunday). 
Your group arrival at Muong Khuong town in late afternoon, check in Homestay, rest and having dinner with local people here. You can try to cooking some thing with them. Over night in Muong Khuong home town
DAY 3: MUONG KHUONG ADVENTURE - HA NOI (B,L,D)
        Today your group have fifferent experience. Breakfast by handmade noodle soup or Pancake with tropical fruits. 
Trekking to villages and discovery many ethnic Tribe,Rice field, Orange farm around District and siwmming in a watel fall. Then trek back to Muong Khuong centre for lunch. After lunch you get your Car driving about 7kms continue discovery other village of Nung minoriry  before back to Lao Cai city and highway back to Ha Noi. 3 days tours the end.
        Do you know, our programe of Day 2 and 3 can change because a local Market not open every day but it's so special and you never see before. 
DAY 4: HA NOI DISCOVERY (B,L)
    After breakfst at the Hotel, your tourguide and Car meeting you at Lobby for city tour today. Spend a day touring around Capital has 1019 years old. The first we visit Ho Chi minh's Mausoleum and his personal residence, the One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda - The first one at Ha Hoi. The end of morning with a visit to the Museum of Women before having lunch. 
In the afternoon you have 3 choice.
Option 1:  We visit the Temple of Literature - The first University for the Sons of Madarins.  Followed by a short walking through th old Quater of Ha Noi, Ho Guom lake. You enjoy an hour rickshaw( xich lo) sight - seeing tour followed by a water puppet show in late afternoon before back to the Hotel.
Option 2: Get your Car driving 30 minutes visit  Co Loa citadel, is an important fortified settlement and archaeological site in present-day Hanoi's Dong Anhdistrict, about 16 kilometers (10 mi) northeast of Hanoi city center.Various relics of the Bronze Age Phung Nguyen culture and Dong Son culture have been found in Cổ Loa, although it was later established as the capital of Âu Lạc Kingdom during the 3rd century BC (about 257 bce).  Further construction was added during the later dynasties. Cổ Loa remained an important political center of the Vietnamese people until the 10th century. The name "Cổ Loa" is derived from the Sino-Vietnamese ,meaning "old spiral", reflecting its multi-layered structure of earthworks, moats and ditches.

       According to folklore, Thục Phán defeated the last of the Hung kings in 257 bce and founded the kingdom of Âu Lạc, choosing the site of Cổ Loa as his capital. Given its relatively large size, Cổ Loa maintained its dominant presence in the northern floodplain of the Red River Delta and would have required a large amount of labour and resources to construct.

       The mythical story goes that when the fortress was being built, all the work done during the day was mysteriously destroyed at night. The king made a sacrifice to the gods and in one night, a golden turtle appeared to him in a dream and told him the fortress was built on the turtle's carapace. The king was instructed to build the city in a new location, that of present-day Cổ Loa. The king did so, and the city was soon finished.
Out of gratefulness to the king, the magic turtle gave the king a claw that he could use as a trigger on his crossbow. When used, it multiplied its force by the thousands. However, one of the Qin dynasty general, Zhao Tuo, took advantage of the decline of the Qin and created his own kingdom north of Âu Lạc called Nanyue. He tried to conquer his southern neighbour but was defeated. Instead, he married his son to the daughter of the Thục Phán. When the son was in Co Loa, he discovered the magic turtle's claw and stole it. His father then proceeded to invade Âu Lạc and easily defeated it.
Stories of the Thục Phán's demise vary. Some say he committed suicide by jumping in the ocean. Some say he was borne off to sea by the magic turtle to never be seen again. In some versions, he was told by the magic turtle about his daughter's betrayal and killed his own daughter before killing himself.
